    Ten ways to make your day at the races more enjoyable for everyone.

    1. Woodbine, Mohawk and Greenwood fully support the responsible consumption of alcohol. Consequently, our bar staff are only permitted to serve two drinks at a time, per person, at all draft units and bars. Customers appearing to be intoxicated will be escorted off the property.

    2. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in alcohol-free seating areas.

    3. Customers are required to present their money to the mutuel staff before placing a wager. Please check to ensure that your mutuel ticket and change are correct before leaving the mutuel window.

    4. In consideration of others, please refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas, as required by municipal bylaws. All dining rooms at Woodbine areSmoke Free. Customers are permitted to smoke outside, on the balconies, and in the designated smoking sections of the seating decks. Cigar and pipe smoking are not permitted.

    5. Woodbine, Mohawk and Greenwood offer a wide selection of snacks and full-course meals.We therefore ask that food and beverages purchased elsewhere not be brought into our facilities.

    6. Please refrain from using profanity throughout the facilities.

    7. Children under 18 years of age are welcome at Woodbine and Mohawk during live racing events only, from two hours before the first race until one hour after the last race.

    8. Parents who become separated from their children should report immediately to the Customer Service booth on the 2nd floor at Woodbine, or to the security office at Mohawk.

    9. Dogs and other pets are not allowed into Woodbine, Mohawk and Greenwood with the exception of certified Seeing Eye dogs.

    10. Customers are welcome to use cameras and/or camcorders while visiting Woodbine and Mohawk racing areas. However, please refrain from using flashes around the horses, and from taking pictures of other customers.
